We ship WORLDWIDE via Australia Post

Orders are shipped Monday through to Friday. (Excluding Australian Public Holidays)

You will receive an email when your parcel has been shipped. Please check your spam folders if you haven’t received this email.

We offer FREE Express shipping within Australia and FREE International Standard shipping for purchase over AUD 50. Charges apply to purchase less than AUD 50. Please check the table below for the postage and estimated delivery time.

International Delivery Options

  • EXPRESS COURIER INTERNATIONAL (AUD 15 for purchase over AUD 50)

This is a fast and comprehensive delivery service. It offers online tracking service and its estimated delivery time is 2- 5 Business Days. It requires a signature upon delivery.

  • PACK & TRACK INTERNATIONAL (FREE for purchase over AUD 50)

This service is only available to selected countries*. Online tracking is available and the estimated deliverytime is 3-10 Business Days. It does not require signature upon delivery.

  • REGISTERED POST INTERNATIONAL (FREE for purchase over AUD 50)

For those countries that do not accept Pack & Track International service, we use Registered Post International service. It requires signature upon delivery and the estimated delivery time is 3-10 Business Day. It does not provide online tracking. However, tracking information is usually available over the phone, or at your local post’s online tracking service.

*PACK & TRACK INTERNATIONAL is available to following countries;

Shipping charges do not include duties and taxes.

We are not responsible for customs clearance, delays or compliance. Please check your local customs regulations.

MY DELIVERY HASN’T ARRIVED.

  1. Please first check at http://auspost.com.au/track using your tracking number. For international customers, you can use your own countries postal tracking website when the parcel has left Australia.
  2. Next check at your local Post Office. Most of the time you receive a card in your mailbox to let you know about the delivery. However sometimes your parcel sits at your Local Post Office waiting for your collection, without your knowledge.
  3. If your item still hasn’t arrived, please contact us directly at info@aitaceramic.com We will do our best to solve the issue.

Installation

We strongly suggest a professional installation, hence NO installation instructions will be provided with the products.

Returns and Exchange

Purchased a wrong item or not happy with our product? We offer two year product warranty and we are happy to offer an exchange, store credit, or in certain cases, a refund.

Please contact us via email or login your customer’s account for exchange or refund first before posting any items back to us.

We understand it is hard to determine which bottom bracket / bearing set is the right one for your particular bike.
