  2. Next check at your local Post Office. Most of the time you receive a card in your mailbox to let you know about the delivery. However sometimes your parcel sits at your Local Post Office waiting for your collection, without your knowledge.
  3. If your item still hasn’t arrived, please contact us directly at We will do our best to solve the issue.

Returns and Exchange

Purchased a wrong item or not happy with our product? We offer two year product warranty and we are happy to offer an exchange, store credit, or in certain cases, a refund.

All items must be returned in new and unused condition within 30 days from the date of receipt. Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return postage. Please return items by mail to the address provided upon initiating the return process. Rest assured, we do not charge any restocking fees for returns. Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned item.

Please contact us via email or login your customer’s account for exchange or refund first before posting any items back to us.

We understand it is hard to determine which bottom bracket / bearing set is the right one for your particular bike. We suggest you check your bike and wheelchair manual or with your mechanic before you place an order.
